1. First, fill
out the booking form.2. Your
request is sent to ITFJ Outreach and you will receive a reply to let
you know that your email was received.
3. We will
contact you with specific information that will answer your
questions with regard to practical considerations. Your request will be processed in
terms of Bruce's availability and you will receive a second
email from ITFJ Outreach.
4. At this
point, we will ask you to submit a formal request in writing
from the head of your organization/senior pastor
on official letterhead via post or fax.
5. When a
formal request is received, we will place your event on
our schedule. (Please note: though
there are exceptions, due to Bruce's involvement in more
Gospel films which are in planning, we can only give a
"tentative confirmation" at this point. Firm 100% commitment
will be given two months prior to the event. Thank you for
your understanding.)
6. After final
confirmation is in place, ITFJ Outreach will work with you regarding
travel arrangements and provide a multimedia press kit with
publicity materials for your event. |
